Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the US.
How long does it take to ship?
Shirts are all made to order and ship from North Carolina in approximately 4-7 business days. Shipping time and carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL) varies by location and order but typically takes 2-5 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of 6 or more shirts ship free. Orders of fewer than 6 shirts have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
I entered the wrong address, can I change it?
Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any incorrect addresses. If you need to make any address changes, please reply to your order confirmation email and include your updated address information as soon as possible. The Bod Tee Shop cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered. Although we will try our best to fix the situation, we are not liable to refund/replace these orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since these shirts are made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a quality issue with your order please reach out and we will resolve it!
What if something is wrong with my order?
If you received the wrong item, a damaged item, or there is a print quality issue, please email us at help@thebodteeshop.com and we will make it right. You can also reply to any of your order related emails.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I make a change to my order?
For changes like size updates, it is not guaranteed that an order can be altered after it is placed, however reach out right away and we will try and make the update before the shirt is printed. To add items to an order you will need to place a new order.
Can I cancel my order?
It is not guaranteed that an order can be cancelled after it is placed. Since production begins quickly, please reach out right away if an order was accidentally placed or if any order information is incorrect.
How do I request a cancellation?
Immediately reply to your order confirmation email or email us at help@thebodteeshop.com with your order number and we will do our best to cancel it before production starts.
