By placing an order through The Bod Tee Shop (thebodteeshop.com), you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Every shirt is custom-made to order based on the design you create. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind.

By uploading images or creating a design through our customizer, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all content in your design. You are solely responsible for ensuring your design does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to contain infringing or inappropriate content.

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders ship from North Carolina in approximately 4-7 business days after the design is reviewed and approved. Delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days depending on your location and carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

Since every shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a quality issue or error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — either a reprint or a full refund, your choice.

Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations are not guaranteed. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or correct an order. If your order has already entered production, we may be unable to cancel it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bod Tee Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order or use of our site. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
